The 7th CHIMERA 2022 had a remarkable experience at the Silchar Chapter. This 2 days event was scheduled on November 19th and 20th in collaboration with Gurucharan College, Silchar and Beenachchhandam Sangeet Mahavidyalaya, Silchar. The event witnessed a group of very talented students and youth who joined from far away places from Silchar. They showcased a variety of performances in subjects like Indian Classical dance, Creative dance, Indian classical vocal, creative vocal, art/painting, recitation, short story writing and poem writing.
Day 1 was inaugurated by Dr. Bibhas Deb, Principal, Gurucharan College, Shri Debatosh Nath, Founder-Principal, Beenachchhandam Sangeet Mahavidyalaya and Founders of AMRAPALI (Society for ARTS) Guru Shri Rudra Jayanta Bhagawati and Pranaame Bhagawati.
Day 2 witnessed a voluptuous moment wherein stalwarts of Silchar city from different fields were felicitated and honoured for their untiring efforts made towards their work and society alike.

It was a truly wholesome experience to organise the Silchar Chapter of the 7th CHIMERA 2022 and witnessed so many talented students in various categories like Indian classical dance, Creative dance, Art/Painting, Recitation, Short Story Writing, Poem Writing, Creative Vocal Music, etc.
It was a truly amalgamating experience of the Barak and the Brahmaputra valley, exchanging as well as fostering brotherhood and bonding through arts and culture.
