The AMRAPALI (Society for ARTS) is the foremost socio-cultural organisation of northeast India, spreading its wings at the national and international diaspora. It has successfully showcased its artistic skills in places like Germany, Dubai, USA, UK, Tanzania, Maldives, Guyana, Qatar, etc. AMRAPALI (Society for ARTS) propagates topics related to arts, culture, heritage and generate cultural consciousness in the society through various ventures whilst promoting contemporary and conventional approaches. 


Founded by the internationally toured scintillating danseuse PRANAAME BHAGAWATI and coordinated by the very talented RUDRO JAYANTA BHAGAWATI. This celebrated ICCR (Indian Council for Cultural Relations, Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India) empaneled dance duo committedly ventured several creative and artistic initiatives and executions globally.

  • Registration of Societies Act XXI of 1860 [Reg. No.: KAM(M)/263/M/745 2015-16]. 

  • Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India for Festival of India in abroad for AMRAPALI REPERTORY, its performing arts troupe 

  • Registered with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI Lic. No. 10319001000296) under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India for MAJULI NATURALS, its local and handcrafted food product to uplift the rural economy and local/domestic farming

  • Registered with Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Govt. of India.

The AMRAPALI (Society for ARTS) constantly strives for the sustainability of arts and artistes alike and brings forth artistic concepts and possibilities for wider interest of the society. It has ventured some remarkable movements for cultural propagation and sustainability.


  • The AMRAPALI MAGAZINE promotes and explores artistes, their passion and cultural events worldwide whilst making every possible artistic journey, upcoming cultural happenings, collaborations and news to be accessible to all art lovers and connoisseurs. 

  • The BOARD OF APPLIED INTEGRATED ARTS (AIA Board) to curate and implements dynamic curriculum/courses for various artistically concentrated subjects, vocational training and entrepreneurial as well as creative skill development for children and adults. 

  • The AMRAPALI TALKARTS is a concept created for YouTube and Podcast, acquainting its audiences with the uniqueness of arts, culture and heritage through travel, food and talks.
